MATCHING GIFTS

Find out if your company has a matching gift policy. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees.

IRA GIFTS

Supporters 70.5 or older with a traditional IRA are eligible to donate to Tuskegee University directly from their IRAs without increasing their taxable incomes. These gifts are, in many cases, tax-free, regardless of whether or not you itemize deductions on your tax return.

STOCK DONATION

When you transfer appreciated assets to Tuskegee University, you avoid paying capital gains tax. You also become eligible to take a charitable deduction for the entire donation amount if you itemize deductions and own the stock for at least one year.
